Tim Bouris is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and infrastructure operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Citrix Operations at The Kraft Heinz Company, Tim oversees an outsourced Citrix team and manages the operational budget to ensure optimal availability of the Citrix environment. Previously, Tim held positions including Senior Manager - IT Transformation, where successful implementation of 30+ work streams across 10 countries was achieved. Additional experience includes roles as Global Senior Project Manager and Global PMO Project Manager at H.J. Heinz Company, overseeing global IT initiatives and application upgrades. Tim holds an MBA and a BSBA in Computer Information Systems, both from Robert Morris University.
