Richard McColl currently serves as the Chief HR Operations Officer at Kraft Heinz, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Richard was at Walmart as Vice President of People Product and Technology, where leadership was provided for the People Product organization and the Global People Engineering function. Richard's extensive experience at IBM spanned nearly two decades, including positions such as Vice President and Senior Partner for the Talent Technology Practice, and Vice President of HR Technology and Employee Experience. Richard consistently focused on HR transformation initiatives, employee engagement, and delivering best-in-class technology solutions. Richard's early career included roles at Lotus Development and BHP, culminating in a Master’s degree in Business and Technology from UNSW.
