Kenneth Stiffler currently serves as Plant Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company since April 2022, previously holding the position of COO at TNT Crust LLC from March 2019 to April 2022. Prior to these roles, Kenneth accumulated extensive experience at The Kraft Heinz Company from August 2005 to March 2019 in various positions including Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Engineering and Maintenance Manager. Kenneth's career began in the maintenance field with Dole Food Company and Rich Products Corporation, along with a significant tenure as Maintenance Superintendent at Fresh Mark Inc. from October 1991 to July 2001. Kenneth's early career included service as an F16 Weapons Technician in the United States Air Force. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Malone University.
