Bonnie Noel is an experienced professional currently serving as the Secretary and Executive Board Member at The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence since 2023. With a robust tenure at The Kraft Heinz Company starting in February 2014, Bonnie has held several key positions including Head of HR Excellence, People Services Lead, and Compensation & People Analytics Lead, among others, demonstrating expertise in human resources and compensation management. Bonnie also contributed as a Board Member for The Safe Haven Network from 2020 to 2023. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
