Karen Brown is an experienced professional in program operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of Program Operations at the Human Resource Agency of New Britain since November 2015. With a substantial background at KRA Corporation since July 2009, Karen has held the position of Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations of the North Connecticut WIA and TANF programs and supervising managers across four offices. Additionally, Karen has served as Deputy Director at KRA Corporation, contributing to its reputation as a national leader in workforce development services.
