Jayasurya Dhatchanamoorthy currently serves as HRM/Team Lead and Associate Head of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, where involvement includes innovation and public relations. Prior experience includes a role as HR Process Associate at Genpact, dealing with Google Pay vendors, and serving as Hospital Administrator at Kovai Medical Center and Hospital Ltd., where administrative activities were managed. Jayasurya holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology and has completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications from SNR Sons College, a Diploma in Foreign Trade from Bharathiar University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Administration from Alagappa University. Currently, Jayasurya is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management at DR.NGP Arts and Sciences College.
