Julie Liu is currently a Real Estate Salesperson at Canaan Realty, where responsibilities include guiding clients in property transactions, fostering relationships with industry professionals, and creating effective marketing campaigns. Concurrently, Julie serves as an ESOL Specialist for The School District of Philadelphia, focusing on data analysis to enhance student performance and leading professional development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Server at KPot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, where Julie managed staff and ensured customer satisfaction, and as a Shift Manager at The Halal Guys Inc. Julie also interned at Design Science Consulting Inc., contributing to research and user-interface design, and engaged in community leadership with Asian Americans United. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education from Temple University College of Education and Human Development and has undergone training at the Temple University Real Estate Institute.
