Mattias Sluis has extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, currently serving as an Engineering Lead at KPN since September 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing development processes and productivity for internal IT teams. Prior roles at KPN included positions as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead, overseeing innovation and development across multiple scrum teams for the KPN Digital Engine. Experience at Elements Interactive BV included Senior Software Developer and Software Developer roles, focusing on web application and API development. Additional experience encompasses software development for Sanoma Media, e-mail marketing tools at Sellvation Marketing BV, and IT infrastructure management at Stichting Touch, Reach and Impact the Nations. Mattias holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology from Hogeschool Utrecht and has pursued further education at various institutions, including the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
