Joep Zoer is an experienced project leader in the construction sector, currently serving as Projectleider at KPMS Bouwadvies since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Jr. Ingenieur at Arup from January 2016 to January 2019 and at ARCADIS from January 2015 to January 2016.
