Simon Perrigaud is a Manager at Carewan by KPMG, with a focus on change management and HR transformation since November 2016. Simon has facilitated significant projects in the retail and pharmaceutical sectors, including the integration of a large global hard-discount retailer and the design of HR core models for multinational pharmaceutical firms. Key contributions include the development of HR integration strategies, compensation strategies, and operational roadmaps for execution. Previously, Simon held roles at Deloitte and BNP Paribas, gaining experience in governance practices and talent management.
