Meredith Pugh is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in operational management and recruitment. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager in HR Operations at KPMG in Bermuda, Meredith previously held various roles, including Office and Recruitment Coordinator at Frontier Bermuda, where responsibilities encompassed immigration processes, staff benefits management, and recruitment support. As an Executive Board Member and Membership Co-Chair for the Bermuda Human Resource Association, Meredith has contributed to member engagement and educational initiatives within the HR community. Previous work at TalentWorld involved enhancing recruitment processes and implementing IT improvements, earning recognition as Rookie of the Year in 2016. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from McMaster University and a Post Graduate Program in Publishing from Ryerson University.
