Steven Hefler is an experienced professional in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Production/Mine Supervisor at Windsor Salt Ltd. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Steven worked at St Barbara Limited from October 2020 to February 2024 as an EIT/Mobile Maintenance Engineer and Mine Operator, operating heavy equipment including CAT 775G and CAT 745 haul trucks. Steven's career also includes positions as a Laboratory Technician at Atlantic Gold Corporation, where principles of Gold fire assay and CN leaching were utilized, and at the Minerals Engineering Centre, where rock samples were assayed for mineral composition. Earlier experience includes a production role at Strescon Limited and customer service duties at Millside General Store.
