Ben Haddon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben started their career as a Consultant at Hitachi Consulting (formerly Celerant Consulting) in 1999 and later became a Senior Consultant before leaving in 2002. In 2003, they joined Capital One as a Business Manager, where they worked until 2009. At Capital One, they gained experience in business management. Following their tenure at Capital One, Ben joined Springstone Financial LLC in 2009, where they initially served as the Director of Business Analysis & Strategy and later became the Executive Director of Sales, Credit & Analysis. In 2015, they joined LendingClub as a Vice President and Head of Purchase Finance Division, and also served as Vice President until 2023. Most recently, Ben joined Koverly in 2023 as the Vice President of Credit & Revenue. Overall, Ben Haddon has a well-rounded background in consulting, business management, sales, and credit.

Ben Haddon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to that, they attended Phillips Academy.
