Joseph Caradonna has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Joseph is currently the Managing Director at Koucar Management since November 2014. Joseph is also currently serving as the Chairperson of the Board at EOTECH, and as the Chief Executive Officer at Kouza Capital, a private investment firm. In addition, they have held positions as a Principal at i2G Systems, Pristine Properties Group, International Hardcoat Inc., Optiflow, Empire Precision Plastics, Apex Placement and Consulting, and Detroit Taco Company.

Joseph Caradonna studied Civil Engineering at Lawrence Technological University. In addition, they hold a certification in Residential Builder or Maintenance & Alteration Salesperson, obtained from the State of Michigan.
