In 2010, they took on the role of Diectorr & Principal officer at TEEKOY RUBBERS INDIA LTD. Vinod has been a Director at Periyar & Pareekanni Rubbers Pvt ltd since 2011.

Vinod Mathew has a Bachelor of Science from Sacred Heart college, Thevara, M.G. University. Vinod then attended TAPMI, Manipal and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1993. Prior to that, they attended Rajagiri High School in Kochi from 1980 to 1986.
