Shailesh Brahme is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in risk management and product development. Currently serving as DVP in the Risk Containment Unit at Kotak Mahindra Bank since April 2023, Shailesh previously held key positions at Axis Bank, including Product Head and Zonal Sales Manager from November 2018 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes consulting as an FRM Consultant, managing processes in the Risk Strategy Unit at HDFC Bank, and serving in various roles at Axis Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank, focusing on risk containment and farm mechanization. Shailesh holds an MBA from ITM Group of Institutions and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
