Neha Aggarwal is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Lead for Kotak Private Banking since March 2012, Neha has held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President and AVP, focusing on HR for private banking and priority services. Prior to this, Neha worked at HDFC Bank as Regional Service Manager, overseeing recruitments and employee engagement for nearly 500 branch banking employees in Western Mumbai. Neha's career began at Citigroup Global Services as a Customer Service Representative. Neha holds a Master of Management Studies degree in Human Resources from Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management.
