Srini Sriniwasan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and asset management. As the Managing Director of Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited since May 2005, Sriniwasan has played a pivotal role in the growth of the company. Prior to this, Sriniwasan served as VP & Co-Head of Investment Banking at Kotak Investment Banking from February 1993 to March 2005, where a significant investment banking franchise was established in North India. This initiative eventually led to a joint venture with Goldman Sachs, continuing until 2005. Sriniwasan holds a Master’s degree from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
