Dave Weller has a total of 16 years of work experience. Dave started their career in 2005 as a Logistics and Grading Manager at Windset Farms. In 2005, they also joined Moulding and Millwork as a Production Supervisor and worked there until 2012. In 2012, Dave joined °ì´Ç²õ³Ù°ì±ô¾±±è® as a Plant Manager, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the VP Operations at °ì´Ç²õ³Ù°ì±ô¾±±è®, and since January 2018, they have been the CEO of the company.

From 2003 to 2005, Dave Weller attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they studied Operations Management.
