Manimaran Renganathan currently serves as Assistant General Manager at Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. since December 2022, focusing on glove manufacturing and rubber-related products. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Learning and Development Manager at Hartalega Sdn Bhd from September 2009 to June 2020, overseeing organizational learning and the development of competencies. Additionally, Manimaran held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Flextronics between June 2006 and August 2009, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and organizational learning.
