Kim Schulte

Chief Financial Officer at Koss Corporation

Kim Schulte's work experience begins in 1988 when they joined Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager. Kim worked in this role until 1996.

From 1996 to 2002, Schulte was the Corporate Controller at Morris Material Handling, where they oversaw accounting functions and provided financial analysis. Kim played a key role in the company divestiture and subsequent SEC filings.

In 2002, Schulte joined TMP Worldwide as the Controller for the eResourcing and Shared Services Divisions. Kim managed accounting functions and ensured accurate and timely financial reporting. Kim also led the transition and relocation of accounting functions to a new divisional headquarters.

Starting in 2004, Schulte worked at SC Johnson in various roles. Kim began as part of the North America Financial Accounting Services team, responsible for accounting activities and implementing processes for balance sheet reconciliation. Kim then moved into Marketing Finance, where they provided financial leadership for new product launches. Schulte also worked in Cost Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Global Strategy, contributing to cost reductions, process improvements, and profit improvement initiatives.

In 2017, Schulte joined Rexnord as Director of Commercial Finance. Kim held this role until 2021, where they contributed to financial strategies and supported business growth.

Currently, Schulte serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Koss Corporation, starting in November 2021.

Kim Schulte earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their degree, Kim has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In November 1988, they became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Wisconsin. Later, in June 2006, they completed the Foundations of Leadership program at the Center for Creative Leadership. Finally, in March 2011, Kim obtained certification as a Certified Financial Manager from the Global Financial Committee of SC Johnson.
