Olivia Reynolds is an accomplished professional in sustainability and ESG with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Sustainability and ESG at Kosmos Energy since June 2021, Olivia previously held the position of Director of Sustainability & ESG. Prior experience includes work in sustainable development at Glencore and a managerial role in Strategy and Sustainability Services at Accenture. Notably, Olivia contributed to the World Economic Forum in a seconded role, facilitating discussions on responsible mineral development in Mongolia and Mozambique, and authoring influential white papers to guide the mining sector's sustainable practices. Olivia began their career as a Research Associate at LECG. Olivia holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College, attained in 2008.
