Layla Li has had a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Layla is currently the Co-founder & CEO of KOSA AI, a company that develops software solutions to promote responsible AI practices. Prior to this, Layla worked at Tesla as a Senior Analyst, where they implemented business intelligence solutions and streamlined analytic resources. Layla also held the role of Business Operations Analyst at Tesla, where they focused on process automation and optimizing logistics. Layla has also worked as a Data Scientist at Philips, a Digital Media Specialist at Digital Luxury Group (DLG), and a Data Analyst at Vodafone.

Layla Li has a diverse education history. Layla started their academic journey in 2010 at Doshisha University, where they pursued the Kyoto Consortium for Japanese Studies program and focused on the study of Japanese. In 2012, Layla obtained a Certificate in Fashion Merchandising and Communication from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Following this, they attended Boston University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication. Subsequently, Layla furthered their education at Harvard University from 2014 to 2015, obtaining a Master of Liberal Arts in Extensional Studies with a specialization in Information Technology, specifically in the field of Computer Science.
