Guy Tam is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success, technical support, and product management. Currently serving as a Product Specialist at Kornit Digital since February 2023, Guy previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Buzzit Group, where responsibilities included leading onboarding processes and enhancing client satisfaction. Prior to this, Guy worked at Massivit 3D Printing Technologies Ltd. as APJ Customer Care Manager, providing product demonstrations and resolving technical issues. Earlier roles included Technical Customer Engineer and QA/QC Supervisor Engineer.
