Wojciech Kosiorek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organisational design and rewards management. Currently serving as Senior Principal and Head of Organisation Design, Rewards & Benefits at Korn Ferry since January 2022, Wojciech previously held the role of Organisational Effectiveness & Rewards Director at Grupa Wirtualna Polska from April to December 2021. Wojciech's career at Korn Ferry began in November 2011, progressing through various positions including Principal and Head of Organisational Strategy, as well as Senior Consultant and Consultant roles. Prior to this, Wojciech worked as a Consultant at Hay Group from 2006 to 2011. Wojciech holds a Master's degree in Archeology from the University of Warsaw, earned between 1998 and 2004.
