Wendy DiMartino is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and organizational consulting, currently serving as Senior Client Partner and Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition Client Services at Korn Ferry since April 2015. With a robust background in recruitment process outsourcing, Wendy has held leadership roles at several organizations including Cielo Talent as Client Services Director and TalentFusion as Director of Client Services. Additional experience encompasses directing human resources and recruiting at Arrow Partnership and serving as a technical recruiter at Strategic Staffing Solutions and Pomeroy IT Solutions. Wendy is also a member of the Board of Advisors for HRO Today Association since 2019.
