Tanja Frias is an experienced Senior Recruiter currently employed at Korn Ferry since December 2021, following a tenure at CG Partners from August 2016 to December 2021, where expertise was utilized in executive search for international talent. Prior to these roles, Tanja served as the Head of HR and Intercompany Accounting Manager at Redcoon Iberia from October 2006 to August 2016. Tanja's education includes a degree in Retail Business Management with a specialization in Photo & Video from Fotofachschule Kiel, completed in July 1997.
