Ingrid Laurberg is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history in leadership advisory and management. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor at Russell Reynolds Associates since June 2023, Ingrid previously held the position of Project Manager under Matthew Guss at the same firm from August 2004 to May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Demonstrator at The Bar Method Downtown - San Francisco during 2021 and serving as President of the Board for University Aikido from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Ingrid worked as the Director of Financial Services and Office Manager at Black Dog Interactive from 1999 to 2004, focusing on accounting, payroll, HR, and hiring. Ingrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from DePaul University.
