Grisel Toro is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a focus on the LATAM region, currently employed at Korn Ferry since August 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of 15 direct reports while managing the full spectrum of recruitment and employee development across multiple countries, including Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, and Costa Rica. Grisel has a solid background in both traditional and technical recruitment, particularly within high-level roles in the Pharma and Consumer Packaged Goods industries. Previous positions include HR Senior Analyst at Auren Argentina and various roles in IT recruitment, demonstrating strong capabilities in end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Grisel holds a Licentiate degree in Psychology and has pursued additional education in Neuropsychology, Strategic HR Management, and Scrum methodologies.
