Eric Theobald is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and user experience across leading organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Korn Ferry, Eric is instrumental in designing and delivering a new talent acquisition suite for a $400 million per year RPO business. Previously, Eric held senior leadership roles at CareerBuilder, overseeing product strategy and managing large teams, including directing efforts in research and development, software engineering, and UX. With a history at SumTotal Systems, Eric led various initiatives in product management, cloud strategy, and operations while driving substantial revenue growth. Eric's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Clarkson University.
