Tom Durie is an Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry since April 2012, where significant contributions include founding the UK Pride Network, serving as a member of the Inclusion & Diversity Council, and leading the London Culture Forum. With extensive experience in leadership and talent consulting, Tom specializes in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices while coaching executive leaders and team leaders in various organizations. Prior to Korn Ferry, Tom held roles at Accenture and as a Science Teacher, and also gained experience through internships at Google and The Royal Institution. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Human Sciences from UCL and Qualified Teaching Status from Canterbury Christ Church University.
