Jun (Victor) Chang has a diverse work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Jun (Victor) started their career as a Marine Underwriter at Korean Reinsurance Company in 2003, where they worked until 2009. Jun (Victor) then joined Korean Reinsurance Company again in 2011 as a Manager and Spokesperson, holding this role until 2017. In 2017, they became the Chief Representative of the Korean Re New York office. Most recently, in 2022, they assumed the position of Head of Engineering & Marine at KOREAN RE.

Jun (Victor) Chang has a strong educational background focused on law and insurance. Jun (Victor) holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Hanyang University, which they completed from 1993 to 1998. Jun also pursued further academic qualifications with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Criminal Law from Hanyang University, completed from 1997 to 1999. Jun (Victor) further enhanced their expertise with a Master of Science (M.S.) in Insurance and Risk Management from Bayes Business School, obtained from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Jun has obtained certifications in the insurance field, including Casualty insurance producer and Property Insurance Agent, from the State of New Jersey in March 2021. Jun (Victor) is also an ACII member, awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute.
