Aaron Swaffield is an Executive Director at KordaMentha, a leading advisory and investment firm specializing in corporate restructuring, turnaround and recovery, real estate, and investment management since February 2008. Prior to this role, Aaron held a secondment position as Manager of Strategic Business Services at National Australia Bank from May 2012 to June 2013, where management of a portfolio of impaired loan assets in various sectors, including property, media, hospitality, and transport, was a key responsibility. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Professional Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
