Clara D'Silva began their work experience in 1995 as an Assistant Product Manager at Dabur India. In 1995, they also took on the role of Brand Manager at Henkel until 1999. In 2002, they joined Softpros Consulting Inc as a Business Development - Sales and Marketing professional. In 2004, Clara founded Korcomptenz and served as the President, leading strategy and planning for IT solution selling to SMBs and enterprise clients. Clara was responsible for business growth, revenues, and profitability while overseeing marketing, sales, pipeline building, strategy development, and new business initiatives.
Clara D'Silva completed their high school education at Presentation Convent School in Delhi from 1975 to 1986, with a focus on the field of commerce. Clara then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com hons) degree at Jesus & Mary College in Delhi, graduating in 1991. Following that, Clara obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR) between 1993 and 1995.
In 2018, Clara enrolled in the Executive Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, although the field of study for the program is not specified.
Additionally, Clara obtained the certification of ITSMA ABM Certified from Momentum ITSMA's Growth Hub in November 2022.
