Vânia Couto is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Körber Digital since September 2022. Previously, Vânia held a similar role at Grupo Ageas Portugal from April 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing talent programs, performance management cycles, and health & well-being initiatives. Vânia's career also includes a position as a Training Technician, where local learning programs were managed and improved, and as a Junior Recruiter at SLOT Recursos Humanos, responsible for recruitment activities. Vânia began the professional journey as an Internship Trainee at Team Building, focusing on developing technical documents and delivering training. Vânia holds a Master in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational, Social, and Work Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto, along with participation in the HR Journey Program at Nova School of Business and Economics and an Open Executive Programme in Project Management from Porto Business School.
