Jeff Sia has over a decade of experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as General Manager and previously as Product Executive at KORAMGAME since February 2011. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing for promotional activities, managing game product life cycles, and enhancing player engagement through event development. Jeff oversees customer service operations, trains staff, and monitors performance to boost gaming revenue, with specific focus on game operations in Thailand and event management in Malaysia. Prior to KORAMGAME, Jeff held the role of Product Executive at Gambunny from June 2009 to March 2011. Academic qualifications include studies at SEGi University College from 2007 to 2009.
