Michael Smith, with certifications as a Certified Club Manager (CCM), Certified Chief Executive (CCE), and Executive Club Manager (ECM), currently serves as a Search Executive at KOPPLIN KUEBLER & WALLACE since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at The Country Club of Rochester and Penfield Country Club, along with various management positions in hospitality venues, including Clubhouse Manager at The Country Club of Rochester and Club Manager at the Country Club of Ithaca. Michael's career began in 1997 as Clubhouse Supervisor at the Rochester Yacht Club, and Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
