Len Simard, a PTR and USPTA Master Professional, currently serves as the Racquet Sports, Fitness, and General Manager/COO Search Executive at KOPPLIN KUEBLER & WALLACE since June 2017. With over a decade of expertise in Racquet searches, Len has held significant leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at New Canaan Racquet Club and Director of Racquets at both New Canaan Field Club and Isleworth Golf and Country Club. Previous roles include President and CEO of Simard Search, Director of Tennis at Boca Lago Country Club, and managerial positions at The Wellington Club and Bayview Golf & Country Club. Len holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Kent State University.
