Milan Naik has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. In 1995, Milan started working as a Programmer at M.N.Dastur, where they worked until 1997. After that, Milan joined SHCIL as an Assistant Manager from 1997 to 1999. Following this, Milan worked at Shaws for almost a decade, initially as a Programmer Analyst from 1999 to 2000, and later as a Tech Lead from 1999 to 2008. In 2008, Milan joined Lista as an Oracle Applications Analyst/Developer, where they focused on Oracle applications (11.5.9) and 12i, specifically in manufacturing and financial modules. After working at Lista for several months, Milan joined Kopin Corporation in 2009 as an Oracle Application Analyst Developer.

Milan Naik pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai from 1990 to 1993. Following this, Milan furthered their studies and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the same university from 1993 to 1995.
