Fern Azarian possesses extensive experience in product data management and analysis, currently serving as Product Data & Process Manager at Koozie Group since October 2019, leading teams to standardize processes across product lifecycles. Prior to this role, Fern worked as a Business Analyst-Customer Experience at BIC Graphic North America in 2019, where responsibilities included data analysis for actionable business insights and stakeholder management. Fern also contributed significantly at BIC Graphic North America from 2002 to 2018 in various roles such as Marketing Analyst, where customer lifecycle metrics were developed, and in supervisory positions that involved managing direct reports and improving operational efficiencies. Fern holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from SUNY New Paltz.
