Robin Wear, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. From September 2013 to August 2016, Robin worked as an Administrative Applications Analyst, specializing in the ABS, ARM, CWS, PHM, and RW modules within the Meditech 6.x platform. During this role, Robin handled Help Desk tickets, participated in hospital-wide projects, and tested new updates/upgrades.

From August 2016 to February 2021, Robin served as an ERP Application Analyst at Kootenai Health. In this position, Robin provisioned users in Infor Cloudsuite and diagnosed issues related to user access. Additionally, Robin provided technical support to the Human Resources and Payroll departments and acquired cross-training on the CorePoint Integration Engine. From February 2021 to the present, Robin has taken on the role of Lead ERP Application Analyst at Kootenai Health.

Prior to joining Kootenai Health, from August 2011 to September 2013, Robin worked as a Security Specialist at INHS/Engage. As a security specialist, Robin created new user accounts and resolved end-user access issues within Meditech and various third-party applications. Robin also managed file shares and set permissions for user access in Active Directory.

Robin Wear, MBA completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Eastern Washington University in 2022. Prior to that, Robin obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the same university in 2011. Additionally, Robin holds certifications as a Founding Member of Spokane Professional Women for Good from Grapevine and as a CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA, obtained in October 2019.
