Zak G. is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Koop Technologies since 2020, where Zak leads the development of a modular, API-powered insurance platform tailored for autonomous vehicle data sharing and claims handling. Prior to this role, Zak held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Uber from 2017 to 2020, and gained foundational software engineering skills at Microsoft from 2012 to 2017. Zak holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a degree from Ufa State Aviation Technical University, completed from 2004 to 2009.
