Josefine Loewe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josefine started their career as an Assistant to the Vice President at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg in 2010. From there, they worked as an Intern in Management Diagnostics at Egon Zehnder in 2012 and as an Intern in Leadership Development at Deutsche Bahn in 2014.

In 2016, Josefine joined PERM4 | Permanent Recruiting GmbH as an HR Consultant before transitioning to Deutsche Bahn as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2017 to 2019. Josefine then worked as a Freelance Recruiter at Lilt from 2020 to 2020 and as a Project Lead Recruiting at Neptune Energy Holding Germany GmbH from 2020 to 2021.

Josefine also gained experience at BCG Digital Ventures as an Interim Recruiter in 2021 and as an Interim Recruiting Lead from 2021 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Growth & Success at Kooku Recruiting Partners Berlin since January 2022, where they previously served as a Business Unit Lead for Business Recruiting from 2021 to 2021 and as a Project Lead Recruiting from 2019 to 2021.

Throughout their career, Josefine has demonstrated their expertise in leading and coaching project teams, consulting on talent acquisition and employer branding, managing recruiting projects from start to hire, facilitating interviews and assessments, and sourcing and screening candidates.

Josefine Loewe completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Psychology at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg in 2013. Josefine then furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology at Universität Potsdam, where they graduated in 2016.
