Ben Hsiao is a game development engineer at Kooapps since September 2021 and has been serving as a technical designer at Studio Chili since December 2019. Ben Hsiao earned a master's degree in Digital Art with a Production Track from the University of Central Florida between 2019 and 2021, following an undergraduate education at Tamkang University from 2014 to 2018.
