Mahim Mongia is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience leading organizational development and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Consulting Practice Leader at Kognoz since March 2023, Mahim has previously held significant positions, including Organization Development & Talent Management Global Leader at Birlasoft, where efforts supported a goal of reaching US$1 billion by 2025 for 13,000 employees worldwide. Other roles include Principal Consultant at Kognoz Research & Consulting, Head of Learning & Development at Jumbo Electronics, and various leadership positions at AIG and EY.
