Alexandru Lupu has extensive experience in technical support and engineering within the information technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at S&T Romania since November 2021, Alexandru specializes in installing, configuring, and servicing Oracle servers and Engineered Systems, as well as facilitating technical service requests for clients. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Technical Support Engineer at Oracle from December 2017 to December 2021, where Alexandru handled troubleshooting and provided post-sales support for FS1-2 Storage and Private Cloud Appliance systems. Alexandru began a career with eServGlobal, progressing from L1 Support Engineer to L2 Support Engineer between October 2014 and December 2017, focusing on maintaining telecom-related payment products and managing customer technical support. Alexandru holds a Bachelor's degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, completed in 2014.
