Veronica W. possesses extensive experience in talent management and sales, currently serving as the Global Lead for Talent Management and Belonging at Kontoor Brands, Inc. since June 2018. Prior to this role, Veronica worked at VF Corporation for a decade, where responsibilities included serving as a National Account Executive and Senior Sales Planner. Earlier in career development, Veronica held the position of Retail Planning Manager at Hanesbrands Inc. Veronica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in OSHA from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Veronica is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Purdue Global, expected to conclude in December 2025.
