Jay Gamey has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Founder of One on One Athletic Camps in 2004, where they designed and provided personal basketball training. Jay then worked at the University of Manitoba, first as a Program Leader and later as a Program Supervisor and Program Coordinator for Mini U Programs, where they facilitated organizational operations and raised funds. Jay later became the Director of Mini U Programs, managing a team of 300 employees and raising $25 million through program sales. Jay also served as the Business Manager (Operations) for post-graduate medical education and other teams, overseeing operations, budgets, and relationships with governing bodies. In 2021, they founded Sharesies, an innovative toy trade-in service. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Konstant Kreative, leading all aspects of the business and driving growth.
Jay Gamey attended the University of Manitoba from 2004 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in the Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management with a focus on Physical Education.
