Alexis Kelly is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Manager of Talent at Konrad Group since December 2019, Alexis oversees global full life cycle talent functions while managing a small team across several international locations, including New York, Miami, London, Toronto, and Vancouver. Prior to this role, Alexis contributed to BrainStation in various talent specialist positions and held a Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from February 2017 to December 2019. Early career experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Intern, along with volunteer work for nonprofit organizations such as Marys Place Outreach and AMECO. Alexis earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from St. John's University in 2018 after attending The Aquinas Institute of Rochester.
