With extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, optimizing processes, and risk management, Naidu has played a key role in strategic planning and execution throughout a career spanning over two decades in the energy and industrial sectors. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Chemical Engineering, an MBA in Organizational Leadership, a PhD in Business Model Innovation, and further executive training, reflecting a strong foundation in both technical and business disciplines.
